About commercial pest control

How is commercial pest control different from home service?

Commercial work has to fit how a property operates — guest turnover, kitchen hours, tenant access and documentation — not just treat a pest.

That is why each property type below is handled with its own considerations rather than a single generic plan.

What kinds of properties does Bed Bugs & Beyond serve?

Hotels and resorts, vacation rentals, restaurants, property management portfolios, apartments, retail, offices, warehouses and healthcare settings.

The Bed Bugs & Beyond Approach

The same four steps apply on every property — the scheduling and documentation around them are what change.

  1. Step 1

    Identify

We confirm what is present and where it was reported, so staff observations and treatment line up.

  2. Step 2

    Inspect

We review the areas that matter for your property type — receiving, storage, kitchens, guest or tenant spaces, and exterior access points.

  3. Step 3

    Treat

Treatment is scheduled around how the property operates and applied to the areas identified during inspection.

  4. Step 4

    Prevent

We document what we found and did, make practical recommendations, and schedule recurring service where it is appropriate.

Commercial pest control questions

Can you service multiple properties or a whole portfolio?
Yes. Service can be coordinated across several addresses — rentals, apartment buildings, units and commercial properties — on a shared schedule.
Can service happen outside normal business hours?
Scheduling is planned around how the property operates, including early, late or between-turnover windows where that is workable for the property and the treatment.
Can you coordinate with property managers, staff or cleaners?
Yes. Access is arranged with whoever handles the property — an onsite manager, housekeeping, maintenance or a cleaning company.
Do you provide service documentation?
Commercial customers can receive documentation after service for their own property records.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Recurring service is available monthly or quarterly where it makes sense, and one-time service is also available.
Can you work between guest turnovers in a rental or hotel room?
Turnover windows are often the practical time to treat. Tell us the turnover schedule and we will plan around it where the treatment allows.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Bed Bugs & Beyond is licensed and insured, and a certificate of insurance can be provided on request where a property requires one.
What pests do you handle for commercial properties?
Bed bugs, cockroaches, ants, rodents, spiders, stinging insects and fleas and ticks. Bed bug service is inspection plus chemical treatment.Bed Bugs & Beyond does not offer termite treatment or mosquito control.
How quickly can you come out for an urgent problem?
Rapid-response service is available for urgent problems, and same-day service may be available depending on current availability and the situation.
Do you serve properties outside Foley?
Yes. The office is in Foley, and service covers Baldwin County and Alabama's Gulf Coast. Foley is our only physical location.
